Proof of my extra 15 minutes of intense effort during today’s workout. This was preceded by an hour with my trainer.
And the four things I did well today?
1. I tracked all my food!
2. I didn’t order fries with my veggie burger
3. I didn’t watch tv before going to bed
4. I bought my coworker lunch
Also, it is hard to come up with four things!
