Help my run!
I am tired and hungover, but I *have* to run today…and preferably run 8 miles. Yeah. I’m nutso. To help me get through 80 minutes of torture that will be this run, help me find some new tunes! What are your favorite workout songs?

On motivation
I’ve been having a really tough time hitting the gym lately. Yes, I’m running three times a week (mainly because of the half marathon in March), but I can’t find the motivation to hit the weights and work on actually losing the flab. I’m going to a trainer now once a week, but that doesn’t seem like enough. Does anyone have any great strength training plans...

Dinner: I was supposed to go to a work event tonight, but that didn’t happen so Jim and I went to our favorite neighborhood french place…which also happens to have 40% ALL bottles of wine on Wednesday nights....

My half marathon training “plan” (I use the quotes because I totally made up this plan on my own) called for 7 miles today. To steal from Rachel Zoe, who would probably be appalled that I’m using one of her Zoe-isms in relation to a sport in which I don inappropriate amounts of spandex, I shut it down.
I decided to mix up my route and head south down and around Greenwood...
