Weekend update.
FRIDAY
5 mile speed workout Complete! I did two miles at a 9:20 pace, which for me, is really awesome. Just think, at the beginning of May I was struggling to do 10:30. I’ll take it!
Catch up on SYTYCD. I have yet to pick a favorite, but there are a lot of people I dont really like. Oska’s gotta go. Jim likes Ade and Melissa.

My ten-year high school reunion is in two weeks. And while Facebook has kept us all up-to-date with the marriages, babies and divorces of the State High Class of 1999, I still want to look smokin’ hot.

Tonight
Hit the gym and run four miles, maybe do some upper body as well Ran about 2.5 and then had some serious tum tum ow issues and had to walk the final 1.5. Ah well, I did two races this week. I suppose it’s okay. :)
